We went in person and Alex (sales rep) was very helpful with creating our design concept. We were able to pick our own grill products too since we didn’t want to use Kokomo’s products due to lack of inventory. The delivery process was a bit delayed due to supply chain issues and needed to redesign a couple of things. David (manager) explained the process and helped fixed any issues along the way which was nice. Sal and his delivery team were great with setting up everything for us the way we wanted. My only major criticism is that their phone system is pretty bad and they should fix it because it goes to voicemail during business hours frequently so it can be hard to get a hold of someone. Overall, we had a good experience and I recommend Kokomo for building an outdoor kitchen at an affordable price!

a week agoNEW Top Shelf company (pun intended)! We worked with Brady on the design and creation of our outdoor kitchen. VERY professional, using the best CAD design tools. We were very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to customize the kitchen so it fits our appliances. Highly recommend these folks.
